Receiver connection devo 7e

After rebinding all my receivers to my transmitter, I still can't get it to control my multirotors. It connects to the recivers, but then nothing , it won't arm and fly. I have done the transmitter setup in openpilot to see if it was my flight controller but its not all settings are correct there.
