Help with timer programming

One of last things that I missed from original Devo firmware is counting timer when throttle >0.
I understand that this is possible in Deviation but really got lost.
I'm very appreciate for advise or link to topic.

For DEVO 10 at least, Under 1. Model Menu> 3. Timer is where you configure what you want for timer1, timer2, timer3 and timer4
You can choose Stopwatch, Stop-prop, Countdown, cntdn-prop. (see manual for details of timer function).
If you choose countdown you can say how many minutes and seconds you want.
Then you choose the switch you want to start stop / activate the timer. I use the throttle channel output i.e CH1, not the stick output because you can have Throttle Hold on with the stick up and not be counting. The Reset switch can be set to a switch or trim button for example but if you leave it to default "None" it will be "L" button on TX.
On the 1. Model Menu> 7. Main Page Config you will need to make sure the timer is added as a "Box#". Timer1, Timer2 etc... If it is not added go all the way to the bottom of config page past Menu 4 and select <Small-box>Add
Then assign the Box# <None> to the timer you want to display. (# will be 1,2,3,4,5 etc depending on how many small-boxes you already have.

On the Devo7e, you cannot use the GUI to add objects (like a timer box) to the main screen. You need to add them to the model.ini file manually. It's not difficult, since most model.ini files have a box or two already.

Edit your model.ini to add this line to the section called [gui-128x64]:You can also use this for a larger box, if there is room:The 2,40 is the X,Y position on the screen, 2 columns from the left (out of 128) and 40 rows down (of 64). Timer2 can be any of Timer1, Timer2, Timer3, or Timer4.
