DFU file for extra switches

None of the current nightly builds appears to contain the patch for two extra switches (nothing has been posted since October). Can anyone point me at the appropriate DFU file?

If you're asking about the devo6 extra switches , the feature's been merged. You can find builds under Downloads | Test Builds | nightly_default.
