fairly new to rc helis but i got to say that i wouldnt be flying wer it not for this site.
big thanks to the people who made the website and the deviation software it works a treat!
big thanks to Tom Z for the model templates he made too
it has been a learning curve and a steep one !
i can now hover fairly well tail in and am starting to move about a bit
i have a walkera super cp and devo 10 on deviation.
the heli was unflyable out the box, (previously flew syma f3 brilliant out the box)
nothing was set up or level and pitch was different on both blades. but thanks to this website and forum i learnt how to set it up and also how to edit the models in the transmitter to get it to fly, i use Tom z model 7e (no neg pitch) witch i changed a few things on to get the super cp to fly ( no 3d im still learning) but it is still responsive (i think very!) i post a copy of the ini below if anyone is interested.
also i fitted an 8 tooth pinion (£2 from 3 bay)
this transformed the heli it should come with this pinion as mine felt very gutless and would not flu for long before going flat.
other than that im just clocking up the time practising now
