Problem with stock DEVO 7E and Nano CP S was created by vmsda
I am working on a 7E with no extra switches installed, and aim to emulate the SAFE technology. So, first I defined the button EXT as a THR HOLD toggle, tested, everything fine. Stock HOLD 0/1 freed as intended.
Then I coded Channels 1 and 6 to mirror the CP S three flight modes. But when I tested, found out that the rotor head is not spinning! Channel monitor tells me that all stick movements behave normally (I use stick mode 3), but the THR stick does not output anything on channel 1, just on ch 6.
Being a novice, and a stubborn one at that, I must be making some childish mistake (s). My test ini file attached along with some comments. Help highly appreciated.

Point taken, HappyHarry, thank you.
Now, for the next step in the learning curve. Oh boy, how this interminable staircase wears one down ...

yeah there is a lot to learn in the beginning, but don't give up, as when you finally get to the point of understanding it feels all the better an accomplishment
