FPV TFT sceens. 7e

Is there any way of doing fpv screen like the F7?
Or any links?
I have googled and looked but cant find nothing.
Can I intergrate a arduino type tft or even something like a samsung galaxy mini and have that do everything with fpv screen?

Is there a way for me to get mph on osd too?

Im totaly knew, sorry if ive overlooked anything. New to flying but not electrics and rc.
