upgrader not recognizing 7e (resolved) was created by FlighlessBird16
The deviation upgrader will not recognize my 7e, and I need some help, this is what I did
I recently bought a devo 7e and decided to upgrade it to deviation. I downladed deviation 5.00 for the 7e, dfu usb installer, and the deviation upgrader 0.8.0. I plugged in the transmitter and put it into software update mode, the computer recognized it and I upgraded the driver with the dfu usb installer. I opened up the deviation upgrader, but it would not recognize the 7e and the bar at the top said unknown, just like the transmitter was not plugged in at all. I thought it might be because I was running windows 10, so I tried it on a computer running windows vista and got the same result. Then I got a hold of walkera DefuSe 2.0, and the bar at the top recognized 'stm in dfu mode' but the bar at the bottom had an error message and said something like 'bad firmware, could not connect'. I'm not sure what's wrong, if you know what to do, please tell me.
thank you in advance

So far I haven't had any luck with the deviation upgrader tool, but I got it to work with devention Defuse version 2.31. If you go to there google drive page (it's in the online devo 7e instruction manual) you can find it. It's pretty confusing, there not labeled, so your going to download the one to the far right. Hope you get it to work
