Installation looks correct.

Please show your hardware.ini

Hello

I made a video.
I have now soldered a module on B3 and one on A1 so the 3 of the 4 modules work only the 4th module does not matter whether it is soldering to A13 or A14.
If I the 4th module at B3 or A1 soldered works this also.
No idea why the A13 or A14 does not go

Can you check the connections of A13 and A14 to the prozessor pins with a multimeter?
Check if they are eventualy shortend together

If TMS and TCK are dead you can try to find an other unused Prozessor Pin
www.deviationtx.com/wiki/hardware/devo12
I would try GPIO E2
This is a little bit easier to solder as this is Pin1 of the Prozessor as the datasheet www.st.com/internet/mcu/product/164495.jsp says

have you tried using A13, A14 and B3? as i seem to remember (i might be wrong though :/ ) that if using tms and tck that A13 must be used first and then A14, and not to use A14 if A13 isn't also being used. also you don't need to uncomment the enable-cyrf6936 = B12 line as it is using the stock location, so i'd comment that line out again and try that

Hello

With the pins A13, A14 and B3 that was my first attempt but that did not work.
Then 2 modules do not work.
Where can I find this GPIOE2 pin and how do I activate it then in the hardware.ini?
The lines to pin 13 and 14 are OK but no function

GPIO E2 is Pin1 on the prozessor

In the hardware.ini it is called E2

No guarantee, i did not test this

There are 3 circles on the processor.
2 larger and one smaller.
Since where the needle points towards is the smaller circle is this wrong?
The two other circles are the same size

Have the same problem on my Devo12 the tms/tck are dead i need to solder to E2 Pin1 but i need to be sure which pin it is ..Is there a picture of the processor on the main board showing exactly which pin it is? I know it is near the dot on the processor but not positive which side of the dot is the correct pin...It ether pin 1 or pin 144 and i don't want to make a mistake and solder to pin144

Hi magic_marty!

Yes, that is the correct Pin 1 which equals E2.

Glad to hear that! Those CPU legs are not the easiest ones to solder to... But you solved the problem pretty good!!

What keeps me wondering is the fact that there are some Devo units with TMS, TCK connections from the CPU to the solder points that have no connection...

That's how i ended up with 2 12ch devos the first one never accept any modules so i shelved it and got a 12s which worked fine adding modules...Since the then the A1 and B3 pads were discovered ...Only thing i think of as to why some tms/tck pins do and some don't work is it must be that superb chinese quality control we often read about..lol
