How can content of telemetry monitor be changed?

I didn't find a way to change the structure/content of the telemetry monitor screen.
I am running Deviation 5.0.0 on a Devo 6s in the advanced GUI and want to change the displayed variables in that monitor screen, because a lot of the displayed ones are not available in my flying environment.
Is it possible to change that telemetry monitor like the main menu?

Use the main page configurator. Set and arrange the boxes to your like and finally assign RSSI and/or Voltage & timers
or what you need to it.
Now you have all informations on the main screen, no need to switch to the telemetry screen anymore.

I am new in telemetry using SPM4649T and read about SRXL-definitions of (100?) variables and would like to know, which ones are transferred from my flying environment.
I also noticed that in the telemetry monitor are less variables displayed than in the telemetry configuration are selectable.
Do you have a better idea of finding the really transferred variables than attempting successively all in the telemetry configuration selectable variables to select with "zero-values"?
