I would trie flysky, open the receiver and check if there is a fs marking.

As the RX does exactly look like a HK GT2R or a Turnigy GTX3R, even down to the very same CE certification number I'd bet my money the etronix is just the same.
Edit: added picture of the boards.
Both show FS GR3F marking.
FlySky AFHDS protocol.
