Help! Jumper T8SG V2.0 plus

I bought one from Banggood one week ago. First of all, I changed the mode 2 to mode 3. Then, for 2~3 days I was learning and gave settings for a XK K110 helicopter. It was very strange that the transmitter bound the K110 receiver, but the throttle channel did not work, and that the swash servos moved but no gyro behavior. (This receiver is normal for a Futaba transmitter). After then, (one or 2 hours after) the transmitter did not start, only shows a wire icon. I have never given any physical nor electrical damages.
What should I do? Return back to Banggood for a new replacement?

Thanks for a quick reply. I have a Windows 7 PC and a mac OSX PC. Which is better to format the USB drive? Further, what kind of format?

Thank you for advices. The method by Windows 7 did not work. Devention Dfuse USB Upgrade Tool did not recognize the transmitter. Only Java's DeviationUpload-0.9.0 in MacOS X recognized the transmitter and completed the firmware update, and after that completed the files. But nothing changed.

Drivers were installed correctly. But Devention Dfuse USB Upgrade Tool did not recognize the transmitter.
Once, I formatted the USB disk quickly, and copied the files by the mouse. Then nothing changed. Now I formatted it not quickly and copied the files by the mouse. Then the transmitter revived!
Though, the throttle channel for a S-FHSS receiver does not work.

Concerning the throttle and the gyro channels, my stick calibrations were not correct! Now the two channels work. Thank you very much!
