t8sg v2 plus carbon - screen very dim was created by arimasen
Hello,
I just received t8sg v2 plus carbon version but screen is very very dim, it's hard to read anything even in dark room.
The same is with latest firmware.
What can be the reason of this behavior? Is the firmware correct for this because it seems carbon is V3 and firmware is avaliable only for V2.
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.

Regards

File in transmitter “tx.ini”
brightness = 8
contrast = 8
confirm. If the value is large
Maybe the OLED display is broken.
The same phenomenon when I broke one.
If the inside is not modified, have it replaced at the place of purchase.
I bought a display from Jumper and replaced it myself.

I set
brightness = 10
contrast = 10
but the result is the same.
So it seems OLED display is broken...

It is also worth checking the cables connected to the OLED screen and the PCB.

I had same problem when updating latest firmware V2+.. you need to flash with nightly build for V2.. that works..Only because you (we) have the LCD model screen NOT the OLED as advertised, and on SOME v2+ Carbon models as seen on youtubes.... I feel so cheeted!
