Problem Conection to pc for jumper t8sg v2.0 plus

The radio is not detected by the pc and I don't know what to do.

Have you put it into USB mode ??? Hold the ENTER key down and then just tap the power button. You should then see a USB symbol omn the screen. If so then plug it into the PC

Ok, I did as you said but the pc does not detect the radio anyway

Do you hear the radio making a sound when you plug the radio in WITH the USB symbol showing ? It could be that your radios drive needs formatting. Alternatively you may need to install the driver. Download and run ZADIG with the radio plugged in.

When i connect the radio with the usb symbol shown on the screen to the computer i hear nothing. I tried using Zadig but it doesn't report anything to me, it tells me no devices found.

Have you tried a different PC ? Also what operating system are you using ?? NOT MAC I hope
