Looks like ail and ele gain are separated now. Both potentiometers are connected just to ADC inputs of the MCU so their function depends completely on software.
Please look at the back side of the board. Is there a small black chip in the middle or just an empty space?

No chip, just empty space. This is for MMA8452Q accelerometer which still isn't installed.

Walkera answered me as follows:
The left one is used for adjusting the sensitivity of servo, the right on is used for adjusting the sensitivity of the tail.
