Simplified mixer's icons

You can take a model generated in standard mode and move it to advanced mode (there may be a couple bugs at the moment doing this, but we'll get them resolved).
you cannot move the other way in general.

While as PB wrote, you can convert a "standard" model config into an "advanced" one, but in the rare exception of a CCPM heli it doesn't worth to do it, because the "standard" UI makes the model config too complicated...

I'm still not pleased with all...

- While the stopwatch is a better symbol than the alarm clock was, it looks ugly if I make it smaller, and it differs from the others with the white clockface (unfortunately even uglier if the clockface is transparent).

- I still don't like the gyro. It is a downsampled picture, and not as symbolic as the others...

- I made the switch assignment larger. While it is better, it's still not that good as some might though...

- I should redraw the spanner too...
