Welcome!
Sorry, but I have to ask, what power setting do you use?
If that is correct, I would check the antenna plug and wire...

The problem is not the Devitation. But the Devo 6 has a short antenna this is the Problem .
I had some time ago the same problem.
The antenna in the devo 6 is very thin and small.
a small crack and it does not reach more
You have to replace the antenna here are a few Links of the antennas fit.

I think the problem is the v911 receiver.

Hey Guys!
Looks I'm having the same problem with my devo6s. I have installed XL7105-D03 module. All worked well indoors, but when I tried to fly outdoors, I find out that both modules have very limited range (about 15-25 meters on highest power output setting). I have tried unsoldering 705 module and reverting to walkera software with no success, range remains limited. Range increase from lowest to highest output settings is about 10 meters only. So 10m with 300uW and 15-20m with 150mW. If anyone has an idea, what should I check, before buying a new radio for outdoors, please post it here.
