OK, I just finished uploading the FW 2.1.2 on my Devo8S
(I guess I lost all my model memories too, but that's easy to re-load)
My question is How do I re-bind my BNF V120D02S helicopter.

You have to setup a new model according to your V120D02S specifications.
You may start with the model.ini file proposed in this thread:
