Any Align 3GX in there on the FBLs? Noticed V3.1 has been released for download on the Align site.

No 3GX, they are all clones and I always went for the "cheap" FBL units. The only expensive one was the BeastX in the ar7200bx, but that has yet to work correctly.
I'm just a beginner pilot and mostly only do circuits, and the occasional flip or roll. So far the Walkera gyros have been the best for me. The 2703 in particular is super stable, with a little bit of auto leveling. The 2702 is really smooth too. I just put one in my CX450 and it was so smooth on take off that I thought something was wrong for a second...

I agree with you 100% - very happy with my V450D01 work horse with the original 2702. I also like the bit of auto leveling on the V120D02s V2.
I then got an Align 250Pro FB, then a second upgraded to FBL and 3GX as a test platform, before I dare take the 600EFL 3GX into the skys. It's been completed for about 6 months now, but my flying skills I guess are similar to yours, but no rolls yet (or at least intended ones with a happy ending )
