1..... Is anyone flying a 700 heli on 3.0? It will be on the 802Rx and was hoping to use Deviation 3.0.0. It's currently flown on my 2801Pro Tx and Rx.

2... In the Devo 8 EMU.. ( trying to figure out setting up a FB heli CCPM..) when I go to load a tempalte or try to change the GUI from advanced to standard, the EMU crahses. Devo 8 EMU.

(2) is a known issue. I have just root caused it and implemented a proper fix which is now available in the nightlies. I have also updated the official download with a build provided by vlad that does not crash (his original post is here:
