No, I did it yesterday. I mentioned it in the countdown thread. It is part of the repo (in docs/). You need OpenOffice/LibreOffice to edit it, as the fodt format is not supported by abiword or word (but is the best solution for using with version-control systems)

OK, I have changed the default of the "subscribe" checkbox to unchecked.
This way it is shown every time you reply, but it is unchecked too when you start a topic. So if you want to get notifications of topics started by you, you have to check it...
