Quick tip on timers and throttle hold

Discovered last night that you need to set the switch input for your timer to the channel number and not the channel name (ie. CH1 and not THR) in order for throttle lock to stop the timer.

Maybe this is common knowledge for some but took me forever to figure out!

I have always set it to the throttle hold switch.

So when the hold switch is enabled, the countdown stops. I think that's an alternate way of doing what you just discovered?

I wonder if both way accomplishes the exact same thing? Or there's some minor difference. Anybody know?

I thought about triggering the timer on the removal of throttle lock but this way is actually better because you have to have throttle lock off and apply throttle to trigger the timer.
