How many of you use the Hisky HT-8 ppm module and does it work as expected or is it better to install a nrf24l01 module in the TX?

I don't use any of them but you are limited to the implemented protocol when you use a PPM-to-something module. So if you want to fly more nrf-based models than Hisky you run better with an internal module (fully controlled by deviation).

I have used a HT-8 successfully with a FBL100. The HT-8 without the internal battery - the first ones. It worked fine, but for myself I felt it was a fag. I haven't yet but will do the internal mod instead.

Thanks for the replies, looks like a module upgrade. Any one better than another?

Any one else have any experience with these? I just picked 1 up stupid cheap and ordered a devo7e. Im wondering if I could use it in a dx6 park flyer and if not in the 7e? or coud I now get a 9xr pro and fit this in with suitable RX?
Im interested in range and reliability. Can only find buts of info.
While im here I got the 7e and noticed the hisky h6 just a lil cheaper. Te me there not same model except the 7e got less buttons?
That might just be the next decent budget tx or the i6 range. I gt the 7e purely on recomendations of deviation so want to stay around here. Wanted a f7 tbh but not covered
