Mode 1 to 2 switch

So hobbyking sent me a mode 1 devo7e, and I switched it to mode 2 following the manual. the only thing i didnt do was the electronic switch in the stock firmware. I had flashed it to deviation before doing do. In the deviation menu i switch it to mode 2 and the right stick still acts like throttle, if i switch it to mode 1 then the left stick acts as throttle......

Has anyone else seen this?

That is exactly how it should be.

Throttle and Rudder should be my left stick when i select mode 2 but throttle and rudder are on the left stick when i select mode 1 and when mode 2 is selected, throttle and Aileron are on the right stick...see the flip floppyness here..

Setting the switch in the stock firmaware or not does not matter.

Do you use the standard GUI or the advanced GUI alrready?
Have you copied the files to the tx from a fresh install or already 'used' ones?
