I can turn it on but to turn off i need to unplug the battery.

Any suggestion to fix the problem?

This happens after soldering nrf24l01. But it doesn't happens soon. Only after some on -off. Is it a coincidence?

Do you use standard nimh/nicad/alkaline batteries or a lipo pack?

after turning the tx off, try pushing on the switch (not further down, but 'in' towards the tx body).

The most common causes of not turning off the tx are:
1) using a lipo pack with too-high voltage seems to mess up the power-off circuit
2) switch failure is pretty common

The extra current draw from the nrf24l01 may exacerbate an existing issue and make it harder to turn off, though I have never seen that myself.

Yes I use a lipo pack from a while.

how to check if the button on off is damaged? I have a multimeter. I see a red yellow and black cable soldered on it.

So the power off circuit is damaged or if I put back a nimh everything will be ok?

well, check with an alkaline/nimh pack and see if it helps. It may or may not.
If the switch is failing, pressing on it will usually help. If pressing on it makes the tx turn off, then you can replace the switch.
If not, things get harder to debug.
testing the switch with a multimeter should work too.

nimh or not the problem is the same!!
With only the screen connected to the PCB it worked! (screen + 2 modules soldered)
I tried pushing towards the tx the button but it's the same! I don't think the problem is the button.
I hear a strange sound when I try to turn off the TX and it doesn't turn off or like you can see in the video it tries to shutdown but then it turns on.

So to turn it off I need to remove battery. If I will not fix this problem I could survive with this but...can I damage the TX shutting it down unplugging the lipo?

And in this way the changes to the models are written to the memory? And when updating the firmware?

I took the GRN from the CYRF not from the PCB for the nrf24l01. Could be this the problem?

What protocol does this J-BUG on your screen use? Does this behavior depend on the current protocol?

I'm adding new information hoping someone can debug the problem!

When the Devo 10 is turned OFF (removing battery) and is unused for some time (1 or 2 hours?) when I turn it ON then I can turn it off. I tried this 4-5 times ON-OFF. Then turned ON to fly some lipo with hubsan x4 and some lipo with V922 then OFF doesn't work!

Battery removed, some rest and ON OFF works again!!!

If I turn it ON and OFF more then 10 times then the OFF doesn't work anymore.

I want to add that when I turn it OFF the screen still displays the last information but it's fixed: buttons and sticks movements aren't reported on the screen.

Look like there is still some power in the screen like if there is a capacitor powering the screen that after the TX stays on for some time it charges and the TX screen is powered by the capacitor when I turn it OFF.
Any suggestions???
