Programming 3 Step-Switch

Hey guys

I own a Devo 10 and a Rc Logger Xtreme. The Xtreme comes with some kind of general link (the One Link). The One Link needs to learn Elevator, aileron, throttle, rudder, two 3 step switches and one normal switch.

After the One Link learned everything I'm able to fly the Xtreme.The problem is that I can only switch from fly mode 1 to fly mode 2. Mode 3 and the other functions seem to be blocked.

Right now I use Expo&Dr for the switches and min/max but I'm still not shure if thats right,so I guess thats the problem.
Can someone tell me how to programm the switches and what diffrence there is between the curves?

I'm unfamiliar with the Logger Xtreme, so my question is how does it expect the three switches to be mapped? Is each one on a channel by itself? If so, what values are needed for the different positions?
