Issues with RX2702V-D and Deviation Devo12s was created by cropduster
Hi guys,
I recently switched to deviation firmware and when I tried to re-setup my two helis with the Rx2702v-d, the alkera 450D01 and T-Rex 450 pro v2, I discovered a strange issue:
The rx2702V-D requires to set up swash plate with 3servos-120°. I did this and checked all the servo travels. FBL works fine, it compensates both tail and head correctly.
BUT: Although all servos are somewhat reacting into the right diretcion, there is always a little mix of aileron and elevation. So, if I just push aileron to the right, elevator servo goes up (so nose down).
For my t-rex, if I pitch up, both aileron servoes (AIL and PIT) somewhat gow up, but then they gow down a bit again, so swash plate tilts. After some time they return to the position where swash plate is level again.
I tried to set up the RX2702V-D as required by the manual (SW SET, learn aileron and elevation limits), but it didn't help, it actually seemd to make things worse, wehn I recall the situation where I initially didn't do that.
Any ideas on why there is a mix of aileron and elevation inputs?

So, I didn't fix the issue myself. I donloaded another model.ini for a T450 and RX2702, and I just ran through the set up and everything works fine now. I am still puzzled, but anyway, it works now for both helis with the RX2702v-d.
