The Walkera site seems to be down, is there another place to get the upgrade software DevoDfuSe 2.0?

And the Deviation release for Devo 8 and 8s are the same?

Is there a way to export and save what I have on my 8s radio before I move to Deviation?

Thank you kindly, Fixy!

Is there a special release for 8s vs 8, I've searched and read the documentation, and its probably obvious once you know, but when you don't know the difference between 8 and 8s, its a question hard to grep for.

The 8 and 8s are the same. You just won't have access to telemetry if you have a Devo8. you also cannot use the 'J6Pro' protocol with the Devo8 (unless you install the telemetry module)

Thank you.

Is there anyway to save what I have, or should I even worry, not having access to Walkera to get a replacement of what I have, if things go wrong, is a little worrisome.

And the settings for models, I assume get clobbered and I just rebuild them in the new Deviation. right.

On the Devo8 (and Devo10) Deviation will not modify your Walkera models. If you ever put the old firmware back they'll still be there. that is not true for the Devo12 (and I don't recall what we did for the Devo7e). However, if you want to back up your models, the DFuse tool will allow you to do that by selecting the 'Config' tab, and selecting the 'Number' of the model you want to save. Make sure to use 'Upload' and not 'Upgrade' when downloading models from the Devo transmitter.
