Hullo everybody and thanks for your help.
I am french so i do apologize for my -sometime- poor english.
I use a Devo 12S with deviation 4.0.1 for a very short time.
i can't understand nor succeed in programming a three position switch for a precise duty, which is the choice in a Naza M V1 between mode Manual Atti or GPS.
I have no problem, using a two position switch, to choose for instance between manual or Atti mode.
Thanks for reading, help and answer.

If you want a switch to have the values -100, 0, 100:

complex-mixer (3 mixers):
mixer1: src = SW0, switch =sw0, curve=fixed, scale = -100, mux = replace
mixer2: src = SW1, switch =sw1, curve=fixed, scale = 0, mux = replace
mixer3: src = SW2, switch =sw2, curve=fixed, scale = 100, mux = replace
(Make sure to set the src and switch before setting the curve. If the curve is already 'Fixed' change it to 1:1, then set the src and switch, then set the curve back to 'Fixed')

I use a DEVO10 with NAZA, settings for FMOD and MIX switch are in the attached File.
FMOD switch used for Normal/Atti/GPS mode,
MIX switch used for Normal/Course Lock/Home Lock
