devo 7e where can I get v4.0.1 installed at was created by lakex

I got a devo 7e transmitter and was wondering if there is a place i could ship it to that would install v4.0.1 on it and maybe even istall the correct module so it can fly the v911 and xedia 9958. The other helis are super cp, v120d02s and blade ncpx. Would like to be able to fly them all on the devo 7e if possible.
