Devo 7e frsky v8r7-ii v8 mode channel output was created by jmilla80
Hi
First I want to say thanks all for this firmware and this forum!
You've all been so much help!
I hate that I've only now joined because I have a problem but here it is:
I modded my tx with the cc2500 pa.
I'm using an older 4.0.1 nightly.
I can bind to my receiver v8r7-ii in both modes v8 and D just fine.
But when in v8 mode it seems that channels 1-4 duplicate to channels 5-8 output wise.
Is this normal?
The D mode works as it should, all seperate outputs. But it seems like the v8 mode is faster and better range of travel on servos. So I would like to be able to use all channels in v8 mode.
Also is there a definite answer to the connections inside the tx for the cc2500 module?
I found about 3 different options for the extra pins and where they should jump to.
Right now I have pin 9 jump to vcc and pin 10 jump to ground. 5 and 7 no connection.
Maybe that's the problem ?
Thanks all !

I have the same problem on v8r7-II, replicated on a v8fr-II: Binds fine, channels 1-4 fine, but channels 5-8 replicate 1-4 even if I set up for 5 channels and put FMOD on channel 5. Transmitter channel monitor confirms Ch 5 is outputting FMOD, but the receivers all just put Channel 1 onto Channel 5... and Ch 2-6, 3-7 & 4-8, despite the setup being only 5 channels!
