issues enabling installed module was created by jacklscott3
hello everybody,
i just installed an A7105 into my devo 8s with the nightly build fw and I'm having troubles enabling the module on my computer.
Ive successful installed a module in my old devo 7e but it was running the 4.0 fw without the hardware.ini file. I know something is wrong because on my old tx when i installed the module and then enabled it, the asterisk would go away on the affected protocol. I am not seeing this change and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
i wired the a7105 in with no issues.
i opened the Hardware.ini file and then deleted the " ; " in front of the two lines that pertained to the a7105 module
enable-a7105 =a13 (im wired into the TMS port)
has_pa-a7105 =1
the only change i made to the hardware.ini file was removing the ; in front of those two lines.
WHAT AM I MISSING???

It doesn't sound like you're missing anything. If you post your hardware.ini and a pic of the installation some more eyes can double check.
