Post your current model file and I'll do it for you. Pretty much it's about as simple as it gets tho- just create a new channel (channel 5) and set it's source to FMODE then mix in MFODE1 and FMODE2. The actual mode switching is done on the FC end, the Tx simply sends a value, low, mid or high.
[channel5]
scalar=100
template=expo_dr
[mixer]
src=FMODE0
dest=Ch5
[mixer]
src=FMODE0
dest=Ch5
switch=FMODE1
scalar=0
[mixer]
src=FMODE0
dest=Ch5
switch=FMODE2

Note this method only works on the newest FW's / nightlies where each switch position is technically a different switch, if you're using an older version of the FW it'll be a bit different because back then each switch position was a different value for the same switch, I dont remember exactly how but it would look something like FMODE = -100, 0 or 100.

Current model file is just a generic model5.ini file that is present when choosing a new model No alterations have been done to the model5 file.

I can't upload right now as I am charging my tx batteries.

I am running deviation 4.0.1 should I upload the latest nightly build for this ?

Go ahead and apply the code snipit I posted to your file and give it a shot.

Note I have no idea anything about CC3D or how to set it up on that end. That'll be on you. I imagine there's some sort of RC data display in the GUI you can watch to see if the switch is changing stuff.

Always keep your channels in numeric order.

Note you may or may not need to reverse the channel, if so you'll need to reverse each of the SRC's, not only one (also you'll need to change the scale to -100)
