Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.

I see five connections on the RX1002 (AETR and G), but can only count 4 connections on the CC3D (at least, I think those are the servo connections for the CC3D). Seems unlikely you wouldn't have plugged in both ends, though. Better pictures? Maybe a diagram or description of what's plugged into what?
Given that that's correct, do you have the gear channel programmed properly on the Tx? When you watch it in the channel monitor, does it do what you expect?

Those are the motor plugs actually. The CC3D uses the white connector at the front.
However, on that white connector, it looks like one wire is missing.. there shouldn't be a gap between the wires.

@mwm
@Arakon
i got my CC3D wire like in picture (yes i think its missing 1 cable at pin 4)
- black red white , i plug to Throttle at Tx
- first blue cable to ele
- Green to rudder
- second blue to ail
- Yellow to Gear
i read again the CC3D manual , put some wires to empty pin,
- Red black white to : elev
- first blue to throttle
- Cable from emtpy pin to Ail
- Green to Rudder
- Second Blue to Gear
- last Yellow to Aux1
still nothing working (in simulator i got random stick movement)
maybe anyone with RX1002 can post picture here, so i can make sure that my connection wire is correct.
Thank you for comment and any help

Are you sure you didn't set CF to CPPM?

@Arakon
no i set to PWM
problem solved, re-flash CC3D , calibrate Devo 7e , put one cable on missing pin, follow instruction on OpenPilot cable, do some change to channel on Devo 7e (Thanks @mwm ) .... now CC3d works fine with Rx1002 and my devo 7e .
Now i can play My newbie QuadX , JJRC , Syma , WLtoys with Devo 7e and Deviation
Thank you
