Hm. Just got a Storm rc s603 receiver and it bound just fine to my devo10.
I bought it just to run PPM out for my naze32 so that I can run the LED-controller on the naze.

Well, fired it up and when I go in to cleanflight the pitch is on throttle and throttle is on pitch. Easy fix in CLI to just adjust the channels. But its so annying when programming the radio, If I want to adjust the Subtrim and endpoints for the PITCH, I have to go in to throttle and adjust it and vise versa. Is there a way to go around it and make a channel setup in the radio so its get correct in to the RX from the first place?

If running PWM its easy just to switch cables, but in ppm there is no such way =/

This is done by selecting a different source in the mixer / setup, you can tell it to use any input for any channel (or output from any channel, if that's how you want to look at it).

Going to bed now and a busy day tomorrow but I'll be back as soon as I can to respond how it's done, in the mean time if you figure it out post so I know...

UPDATE: Sorry, Germans always confuse elevator/nick with "pitch". Same within RealFlight and ZYX channel configuration ;)
Should be no problem to change source THR and ELEV for CH1/CH3.

In DeviationTX CH1 is throttle, CH6/AUX1 will be pitch.
Spoken for the 6CH heli template...

Is that not true anymore for a digital signal output?

Why would Naze require you to send pitch to CH1?

I was not successful so far to move / copy existing channel mixers from e.g CH7 to CH5. That was gyro gain for heli. I just live with CH7 for now.

The move mixer (R+) window is somehow strange on Devo10...may be my fault or display bug. I simply can not manage to select any other channel than CH1 (right upper select box).

Directly editing the modell.ini might be the easier step :)

It depends on the channel mapping you choose at the FC setup.
AETR or TAER...> Furaba or JR/Spektrum
The DSM clones have hardwired TAER at the servo ports, but if you use the (C)PPM feature, they send out AETR on one port.
That's why mx rx is set to AETR at Cleanflight, but the Devo shows the order TAER with DSMX.
So what, the names are quite clear in the DEVO mixer menu. This should be no problem for anyone.

Devo7e, TaranisQ X7, R9M , 4in1 MM, Futaba FC18plusV3.2 & DFT/FLD-02
