Yes. It's called a "virtual switch", and it's documented in the last chapter of the manual linked to in the left hand menu.

I do not understand, physical buttons EXT, UP+ and DN- me as virtual switches operate normally. But the R + L and I do not work. It is possible to adjust somehow.

To use trim buttons for virtual channels you'll have to setup both the virtual channel and the trim sections of the devo. First you'll have to setup the trim buttons themselves how you want them to behave (momentary / on-off and which ones) then setup the virtual channel.
