Is anyone interested in buying a printed manual for 5.0 once it's released? Possibly bundled with some tutorials? There are now print-on-demand services that might do a good job of this once we set it up. If enough people are interested, I'll investigate some and maybe make something available.
The price will depend on the publisher, number of pages, format, etc. A quick check makes it look like around $10, so start with that. Maybe under $10 just for the manual, over $10 with bundled tutorials. So a yes at $10 or close to it, and maybe an indicator of the price you're willing to pay if it's under $10.
