Evening folks, this is a bit of a long shot but would anyone have the final v4.0.1 nightly builds (EMU also) handy please and mind sharing them?

I have been away from all things RC for too long (Moving / renovating house etc) and would like to test these on my Devo 7E before jumping to v5 :blink:

if no one has them you can use the docker containers and pull the relevant commit and build it, but tbh i don't see why you don't just go to 5.0.0, it's a solid build

Thanks Thomas, I fully intend to upgrade to v5 but wanted to get the final nightly v4.0.1 setup first (Probably will just use the EMU version to be honest).

Makes no sense - 4.0.1 is 2 years old. So it is not about "nightly builds".

Two years commits to nightly-build sources which V5.0 has been recently built/tagged from.

I do not know for what D_an_W needs this file, but it's about the Last 4.0.1 nightly, witch is 16 days old, not 2 years.

Frankly, that's a waste of time. 5.0 is built from the same sources as the last 4.0.1 nightly with some bug fixes and extra protocols. There's no new features, no changes to the ini file, nothing that will change the setup in any way.

The only good reason to use one of the 4.0.1 nightly builds is because you upgraded to 5.0 and something broke. In which case, you need a working 4.0.1 nightly to verify that it wasn't broken before, and give us a revision number to help figure out how we broke things.
Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.

My remotely piloted vehicle ("drone") is a yacht.

Thanks everyone for their input, I had no idea me asking for a couple of files would be of concern to anyone. As long as it's only my own time I am wasting I am good with that.
