Probably all diversity receivers should do 600m?
Frsky is pretty good compact rx, long range and telemetry alarms but need cc2500, the new flysky protocol AFHDS will also be ready soon also telemetry and diversity and ibus / ppm but need A7105
If you have no modules installed, then indeed should stick DSM X and or Walkera receivers.

Not the first report of redcon being poor range.
www.deviationtx.com/forum/6-general-disc...21-dsm2-100m-devo-7e
However dsmx is well proven on devo and (like of course the devo receivers) works with the stock rf module. Frsky is still in development and while range is good- if you're looking to fly and not tinker (and wait for bug fixes) I'd skip if for right now (also requires add-on module, CC2500)
For a couple years I only flew OrangeRx dsmx receivers and never had an issue. Devo is more than fine too (actually devo is a better protocol than dsmx but again, dsmx will work fine for what you're asking). Take a look at the ~$22 (shipped) OrangeRx R820X series (from 6-12 ch count though note all rx's have the same number of channels via sbus / cppm, the difference is how many PWM ports they have) which get you telemetry unlike the devo's you list.

As told you already in previous threads I would go with an genuine Spektrum DSMx receiver, if it shall be DSMx instead of DEVO.
I can't speak about your 7E hardware / diode modding & range...I am using Devo10 with a normal HF CYRF module.
I personally believe that it somehow sucks that you have to do hardware module modifications first on a reliable HF link...there is no guarantee changing things....so I would not do that...
The receiver antenna signal may be blocked by carbon plates, if the antennas are shorter designed.
SPM4648 seems to have longer antennas.
Personally I am using AR6210, AR8000, both with SAT. AR7700 is another PPM quad receiver.
AR600 and AR610 both have diversity antenna, but might not receive in parallel like receivers with SAT.
For Spektrum you might want / need a TM1000 to get FlightLog from DataPort.
That is the big plus for Frsky that telemetry is already on board (note the difference in D4R vs FrSky X receivers) and implemented protocols. Nevertheless FrSky telemetry seems to be still in development phase according to threads...
Telemetry works pretty good for me on DSMx (on nightly build, or the more up-to-date 5.0 release which I have not tested yet).
Again: I am using Devo10 with no HF module modifications...
