WLToys F949 (F929/F939/F959) TX module? was created by RoGuE_StreaK
Hi guys, does anyone know if the module inside the TX for these planes is a candidate for a module install? I'm thinking of grabbing an F949 as a beater for my 5yo son and anyone who wants to give flying a go, as it's on a good special at the moment from tomtop (~$40 RTF), but can't find any info on the supplied TX. I currently don't have any additional modules installed on either of my devos, so ripping the module out of the RTF TX would be handy.

Looking at my WLtoys V911 remote and the remote supplied with this I'm guessing the module is an a7105. No guarantees if the specific model / plane is supported in deviation :)
Happy flying/hacking :D

Thanks Nitro, but I won't be grabbing one, got too many other planes to fly/fix

If that helps, i own a F959 and it flys perfectly well using the FlySky protocol. I haven't installed the camera, but it does fly. If you know all those planes use the same protocol, then all the others are flyable too with the DEVO and Flysky protocol.

Yes, it's a winner. TX have a 7105 module.
