uses a 4g network for the fpv, so it will only work in 4g areas, plus you'll need a hell of a data plan as this will rack up the gb's easily lol. apart from that it's ugly imo, similar in looks to the flysky 6ch but with antennae and a tablet holder, but I'm sure some will like the looks

Moreover I think you must have two telephone plan with 4G data (2 sim), one for tx and one for rx, isn't it ?

it has 2.4ghz en 5.8ghz and LTE, I think LTE is just live streaming from the video feed, onto the web. ans I assume still it has standard 2.4ghz control link for the Drone.
Anyway for less than 100usd looks also like a nice deviator tx candidate.

I don't have any data on it, but why do you think it uses 4G for FPV? it looks to me like it uses 4G as an option to transmit to your tablet, but can also use hdmi. It looks like an FPV transmitter without a screen. The specs say 2.4/5.6 so I assume it uses Walkera's standard transmit boards. It is not clear if there is 2-way communication between the tablet and the Tx. If there is, it would give access to a tablet based configuration for the transmitter which could be a big win (again assuming you don't need to use a cellular network as the communication means)

i was thinking that if the tx didn't receive over 4g then why mention it as a tx feature? and the pictures clearly indicate the quad is sending over 4g, hence the claim about distance not being an issue? and if the quad is sending direct to a phablet over 4g then any tx would work with it surely, but thinking on it none of the 4g frequencies fall in the 2.4 or 5.8 ism bands so is this as you say just an 2.4 control 5.8 fpv tx with a few extra 3ways and a gimbal joystick, but a quick google see's this being called both 4g capable and a 'gaming' transmitter by the walkera guys, i guess we'll learn more in the near future :/
