Use the reset pad above the mcu (simply touch with the programmer cable, no soldering needed)

Attention!
AVR ISP pogramming voltage is 3.3V only! ....
Edit: For PPM option there is no need to reprogram, but the default firmware is old and missing some features.

DJDavid33 wrote: yes so I can also plug it in sbus if I made a weld on the atmel F801?
Yes, but the signal is "not inverted". and works on all FC that have no hardware inverter on-board. (Naze32 Rev4/5 and all clones)
E.g on a CC3D you simply use the Flexi port or on the Main port ,.....but you must have the buildin inverter deactivated.( CLI command)
My advise, take some time and read the thread on RCGroups....

Did you set it up for PPM-Sum?
The other option is to set the rx to sbus ( jumper at pin5
First configure on the port menue uart2 for the receiver and choose on the configuration menue > receiver = serial and protocol = sbus.
On the Naze you connect this line to the rx port on uart2. Don´t forget to deactivate the signal inverter!
Do this via CLI command.
This works for Cleanflight and Betaflight. For Baseflight I can`t tell you how to do.
Edit: on the RX 801 there is no out pin(tx) for sbus, Thus you have to do the mod on the Atmel......Sorry

I use Cleanflight.
PPM-Sum what is it?
I have a naze32 rev5 it does not SBUS or it must make a converter component with what I read.

For SBus:
If your Naze32 has no inverter for SBus, you can attache the wire straight to RX on UART2 because you got a receiver
which has a noninverted signal.
But as far as I read, there are inverters on Rev5 & Rev6 and If they are active, turn them off. (CLI command)
That´s all.
