Yes you will, the Devo 7e has a restriction to RF power output, basically intended for indoor use small helis quads etc.
Modding the Tx module, shorting a smd resistor, you can make devo 7e, full range and get same RF output as any other radio on the market.

~<=7mw 7E (with no hardware modding)
!= 10mw Devo10 DEVO (3 channel DSSS - illegal at 100mw like DSM2 in EU/DE with ETSI 300 328 1.8.1 starting 2015)
!= 100/150mw Devo10 & others DSMx (FHSS)

.....120-to 150m for sure.
I am flying all my minis and the Super CP only with the 10mW setting.

I had a call in June 2016 with a technical expert from XciteRC, which is a Walkera distributor in Germany.
Devo 10 10mw (Europe for DEVO protocol) RTF transmitter from Furious 320 quad:
- XciteRC made some (their) own tests.
- distance (good signal): up to ~500m
- video link (25mw) distance: ~300m (according to their manual)
Sorry, I fly a glider as well as 450 heli ONLY with DSMx 100mw setting.
What I know from other forums / threads is, that for a Walkera Master CP most pilots already have been using >=30mw settings.
