IMO anyone who's able to do the soldering needed for a 64-pin uC swap should have enough reasoning power / logic to know how to find the correct dfu file for their application even without word "7E" in the string name, the same cant be said about every 7E owner and their abilities to differentiate between what makes the 256k version different from a stock one (I guarantee you <90% of users have no clue what micro is used inside their stuff or even care nor could they remember if you told them). To some that range mod and adding 2 switches is the most in-depth work they've ever done before and to those folks it's pretty much is the ultimate 7E in their eyes...

but 2 of mine are 384k and one 512k so u256 would be wrong, plus there's only 244k memory available due to pb's bootloader hack so 256 is way wrong
o/j u256 is a good option
