New shell for Devo 12E?

I have a fairly new 12E radio that my 12 year old son's friend accidentally dropped and broke the battery latch. Also screwed up some structure on the back shell that provides the latch to stay closed. I am wondering if anyone knows if just the shell can be ordered. It seems that the 12E shares the same shell as the 10E so a 10E shell may work.
