Question on wiring CC2500 (Aliexpress)

I was looking over here and it didn't match www.deviationtx.com/wiki/modulelist

the PhracturedBlue pages exactly regarding the wiring for the CC2500 (Aliexpress version) . It's probably just formatting but I still connect 5 -> 10 and 7 -> 9 ?

If you're using Deviation v5 you need to connect the GDO0 to the LNA_EN and GDO2 to the PA_EN. This allows the protocol software to toggle the Power Amp (On for transmitting, off for receiving) and the Low Noise Amp (off for transmitting, on for receiving). In the modules shown, that's usually pin 5 to 10, pin 7 to 9. If the module is marked, use those markings... it's kind of a trust-but-verify thing, because not all manufacturers seem to be as precise as others.

Feel free to post photos: we'd need to clearly see the back and front of the module.

The pins are marked on the board so those correspond correctly. I use the nightly build but I'll assume that counts as v5 as well.

Yes, the nightlies are built on version 5. If it works, can you post the photos in case someone else needs a look?
