Eachine E010 with Beecore F3 EVO & Devo 7E was created by colin911
Hi everyone,
Just getting into deviation and trying to learn. Noob alert! I have a Devo 7E with deviation installed.
I am trying to fly my Eachine E010 with the beecore FC (DSM2 version) installed:
www.banggood.com/Beecore-F3_EVO_Brushed-...1.html?rmmds=myorder
Has anyone played around with this or have a model ini? I can get it to bind but the motors will not throttle up. Also, how do I set the transmitter to only have positive throttle?
Thanks for any help you can give this beginner
Colin

The Devo7e works well with the F3 boards. I found three things to help make mine work well with Deviation. Remember to test this with the rotor blades removed...
After flashing the latest CF use the configurator to set up and bind. Leave the rest of the settings at default unless you know what you're doing.
Set up the PWM rate on the motors.
Set the stick range to match the Devo output. For the three Devos I have used, the lowest point is 1159 and the highest is 1841... YMMV! I know some people have used scale to adjust the end points on the Devo... whatever you like. In my case I tell Cleanflight to map these to the normal 1000-2000 range it expects to see.
Set up Channel 5 to arm and 6 for flight modes. I set up Channel 5 to arm when the output is positive, disarm when negative. Channel 6 has 2 or 3 flight modes, Angle from 1000-1350, Horizon from 1350-1700 if you have the standard Devo7e 2-way FMODE switch. I use a 3-way switch, so "what the heck...!" is from 1750-2000.
In the Devo, set up your channels 1-4 as normal. Use the Multi template for version 5.0. For channel 5 you can set up a simple curve using the Hold switch to arm:
Then set up channel 6 to use FMODE to set up two modes, Angle and Horizon. If you have a 3-way, just add the last expo_dr rate for FMODE2 (or use SWA or SWB 3-way switch)
Happy Flying!

scalar=-100
