Devo F12E forgets everything after turn off

Hello there

I'm new here and yesterday i got my F12E and the Banggood 4 in 1 Module. I dived throught all the Forums and Google and realy made it to set up everything. Yeah it works, i can bind my D8R-II plus ans set switches in Betaflight etc.
But as soon as i turn of the F12E, EVERYTHING is gone.. No settings, no models, no mixer setting nothing. First i tought i might be my experiment with the buildfs.exe and the hardware.ini, but i flashed a new Firmware with "format all" so i just can test the memory. But its the same, as soon as i power down the TX all settings are gone.

I could not find any other problems like this, so maybe something is dead?

Really nobody have an idea how i can fix this? My F12E sits just there and i cant use it
