it's most likely one of these new mcu/rf in one chips, identifying it will be tricky, and deviating the protocol even more so :/

FyreSG did a
mini-review on that Quad (HCW553)
a few years back and indicated that it used the WLToys E728 tranmitter, which, he stated, is compatible with the V929, V939 and V949. He also stated that the E728 transmitter would fly this quad. So if you have an A7105 module in your Devo, try the Flysky protocol (there are variants in the newest release, so click the protocol name and try them all). It may work... but I strongly suggest you test this with props removed!
A late post on the thread states that there is a newer version of the quad receiver board labeled with JJ36 rather than HCW553. That newer quad would not bind with the Flysky transmitter.
Good luck and happy flying!

It sounds like you may have a later one, then.
Take a look at the FAQ in the left menu about how the protocols are deviated.

Thanks everyone ..
Its a shame it wont bind to the 9x ...
Because it really is a nice flying little quad without the body weighing it down ..
And it would be so much better on a half decent Tx
Thank you ..
