Devo 10 + OrangeRX R110 (Spektrum DSMX): Arming?

Hey, all. After much gnashing of teeth, I finally got my Devo 10 and OrangeRX R110 bound using DSMX. Now, how the heck do I arm the motors? I've read something about Spektrum using AUX2 for arming. Now what?!?

Thanks in advance! Love the education I'm receiving from this place!

Arming is a function of your flight controller on your model. What model/FC are you using?

Deviation Devo7e 3way switch mod, A7105, NRF24L01
Devo6s 2x2 switch mod, trim mod, haptic, multimodule, A7105, NRF24L01, CC2500
Devo12e 4-in-1 with voice mod -- it speaks!!

It's a Diatone Crusader GT2 200 with a D-Link V4 board.

Ok, so this is a betaflight quad. That's good because there is a lot of info out there. I haven't used this model, but i use betaflight on my Lantian Hex frame with an F3 board and the OrangeRX 110. I configure betaflight to arm with AUX1, set to 1500 and above. Then I set up a switch on Deviation as a simple curve on channel 5.

Let us know how it goes!

I think my problem is that the throttle channel won't go low enough to arm. With the stick all the way down, the throttle on the Receiver page in Betaflight still reads 1159.

Take a look at the rxrange CLI command in betaflight (ex. rxrange 0 1159 1841). This will allow your FC to see end points of 1000-2000 and let you use all the normal stick movements and switch configurations.

Thanks, Deal57. I find the same thing through much googling last night. I'll give it a try this morning.

One thing I'm finding about this hobby: one needs to be equal parts pilot, electrician, engineer, and programmer :/ I got into it for the flying but I'm finding so much more.
