i really need a phone number

ive tried to upload and configure my devetion 7e for a minute now and also tried on 2 different computers. one mac and 1 pc. i dont understand. i still cant get my plane to even start up. please, if there is a customer service number i can call, i really need it!!!!!! any help would be awesome!!!!

A bit more details might help us help you. Are you using the deviation firmware? What type of plane setup are you using? And other details of the situation will help.

ok so here's what i got. its a BNF sport cub plane. and im having problems even getting the firmware. installed on my devention 7e period. i follow the instructions in the manual for a windows pc and also asked for help with a mac recently but to no avail. with the pc i cant get the name of the device to auto populate the name field on the uploader tool. ive tried the the troubleshooting problems and alas, i still am not able to get anything done. i cannot get the initial firmware uploaded. and this this the first any only setup ever done. please include any pictures you can to show me the way. and if you are not able to the please give me a number for these guys. now with the plane other than the fact it is a BNF sport cub here is the info for the specs and all:

motor:
480 brushless outrunner motor, 960Kv (PKZ4416)
2 Aileron Servos, 1 Elevator Servo and 1 Rudder Servo (PKZ1081, PKZ1080, PKZ1090)
ESC:
18-amp Brushless ESC (PKZ1814)
Receiver:

First step is getting deviation installed. Are you using the dfuse version 2.31?

Version 3 has problems.

I would NOT use a unmodified (range mod) Devo 7e with that plane, the range is just not good enough like that, and you risk a fly-away....

what would you recommend?

Either the range mod or the 4in1 module that has the power amplifier or another cyrf module from another devo that has the pa.
